★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se que le pasó a esta sucursal pero la atención decayó mucho pensé que con la remodelación habría mejor servicio pero fue lo contrario los cajeros tardan demaciado, en cambiar un cheque tarde casi una hora me cambiaré a la sucursal de copérnico que aunque es más pequeña la atención es mucho mejor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el tiempo de espera... Tengo más de 1 hora, no habemos un número de Clientes como para decir que estaban todos los ejecutivos "ocupados".... Y ese sistema preferencial que manejan de verdad es malísimo.
The waiting time is terrible ... I have more than 1 hour, we do not have a number of Clients to say that all the executives were "busy" .... And that preferential system that they manage is really terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleno y filas largas en el sol para servicio al cliente o lo que quieras hacer cuando toma menos de 10 minutos activar el app del banco. Si no cerraran los sábados habría menos gente pero por la pandemia según cierran aunque en semáforo rojo si estuvo abierto. Pésimo servicio si no van a poder con la gente pues dejen sacar fichas en línea.
Crowded and long lines in the sun for customer service or whatever you want to do when it takes less than 10 minutes to activate the bank app. If they did not close on Saturdays there would be fewer people but due to the pandemic as they close, although at a red light it was open. Terrible service if you are not going to be able to with people then let them take chips online.
