★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a las 5:40 y no me quisieron atender, cuando dice que abre hasta las 8pm, pésimo servicio deberían mejorar o mínimo quitar de Internet el horario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé que les pasa, me han tardado más de 1 mes en resolver 3 cuentas para poder pagarle a mis muchachos y especialmente con uno ha Sido todo un show, pareciera que no tienen la capacidad ni el interés por atender al cliente! Prometo cambiarme de banco muy pronto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que tengo que realizar un trámite, (el que sea) tengo que estar persiguiendo a los asesores, nunca dan pronta respuesta, que les vale su chamba dicen, o eso me imagino.
Whenever I have to carry out a procedure, (whatever it is) I have to be chasing the advisers, they never give a prompt reply, they say their job is worth it, or so I imagine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía un crédito de auto y seguro con afirme y es el peor banco, no tienen una app funcional para monitorear las cuentas, hasta la pandemia sacaron una y nunca pude ingresar aunque ellos me apoyaron en la creación, no fue posible, el servicio en sucursal de lo peor, no hay alguien en la entrada que te dirija al área correspondiente y te dejan parado hasta que tu preguntas a los ejecutivos, para los trámites no te dicen la información real, me mal informaron y tuve que acudir a sucursal por que en call center me dijeron que tampoco me podían apoyar, en general muy mal banco, no lo recomiendo
