★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pareciera que cuando seleccionan y contratan a su personal, se aseguran que sean déspotas, mal encarados y con cero conocimiento de customer service. Pésimo servicio al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debido a la pandemia solo dejan estar 10 personas dentro contando a los empleados que en el cambio de turno son 4. Hubo un momentos que ninguna lavadora estaba ocupada porque los 5 o 4 que estaban dentro ya estaban secando y aun así no permitían acceso y mucha gente formada afuera. Yo cre que deben aplicar criterios de entra pon la lavadora y salte para no estar aglomerados y asi evitar tanta fila de gente afuera. Y todo seria más rápido. Esto.fue en el horario de la mañana del.dia de hoy 02 de agosto del 2020. Ya con personal de la tarde fue más fluido.
Due to the pandemic, they only let 10 people stay inside, counting the employees that in the change of shift there are 4. There was a time that no washing machine was occupied because the 5 or 4 that were inside were already drying and even so they did not allow access and a lot people formed outside. I believe that entry criteria should be applied, put the washing machine and jump to avoid being crowded and thus avoid so many lines of people outside. And everything would be faster. This was in the morning hours of today, August 2, 2020. Already with afternoon personnel it was more fluid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, lavandería tipo americana (tu lavas tu ropa), un poco retirado del centro de Querétaro, pero fácil de llegar, el personal amable te ayuda si es tu primera vez usando las máquinas (de lavadoras de 10 y 20 kilos según la cantidad de ropa que vallas a lavar) y terminas en un máximo de 1 hora de lo ocupada que estén las lavadoras.
Habré de lunes a domingo ?
Excellent service, American-style laundry (you wash your clothes), a bit far from the center of Querétaro, but easy to get to, the friendly staff helps you if it is your first time using the machines (10 and 20 kilo washing machines depending on the amount of clothes that you are going to wash) and you finish in a maximum of 1 hour of how busy the washing machines are.
