★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal deja mucho que desear, parece que siempre están molestos, el personal de cajeros, y en atención a clientes les falta capacitación, ya que las veces que he tenido algún problema, no me lo han resuelto satisfactoriamente.
Casi nunca tengo problemas con el banco en general, sin embargo por ser la "cara" del banco, lo dejan muy pero muy mal parado.
The attention of the staff leaves much to be desired, it seems that they are always annoyed, the cashiers staff, and in customer service they lack training, since the times I have had a problem, they have not solved it satisfactorily.
I almost never have problems with the bank in general, however, being the "face" of the bank, they leave it very, very badly.
