Apenas entré y ya me estaban sacando, comentando que no están cambiando dólares. Sin antes preguntar qué servicio requería. Pensaba aperturar una cuenta.
Posterior a esto. El inútil que está para aperturar las cuentas, tardó como 3-4 min en voltear a verme, se la pasó viendo el celular, a pesar de decir buenas tardes (a lo que tampoco respondió) antes de sentarme y comentarle a lo que venía.
Quiso cobrarme $250 por aperturar la cuenta, cuando se me había dicho por llamada que eran $50
De verdad, mal servicio
Terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se que hace Don Ricardo pagando la nómina de 5 o 6 empleados inútiles que están ahí sin hacer nada chateando en whatsapp, cuando solamente hay un solo cajero para más de 50 personas bajo el sol de Cancún, filad larguísimas niños, mujeres embarazadas, y aún así, solo un cajero despachando y 6 empleados en sus escritorios usando sus redes sociales.
Simplemente la peor sucursal, vayan mejor a San Jorge a cambiar divisas
I don't know what Don Ricardo is doing paying the payroll of 5 or 6 useless employees who are there doing nothing chatting on whatsapp, when there is only one ATM for more than 50 people under the Cancun sun, long rows of children, pregnant women, and still only one cashier checking out and 6 employees at their desks using their social media.
Simply the worst branch, better go to San Jorge to exchange currency

Hay miles de millones lugares en esa planeta, pero eso no significa que no te pueden atender... Si eres extranjero probablemente no tengan chance para cambiar dólares... No es recomendado ‼️❌
