★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de la Licenciada Karina Lugo, quien llego a mi casa sin cubre bocas sin ninguna medida de higiene a recabar una firma y al finalizar la misma se dirigió con ofensas a mi esposo y a mí perdiendo toda formalidad de la atención al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy triste que una servidora pública como la Lic. Karla Cervera, abogada yucateca de esta notaría 71, trate a los clientes con tanta falta de profesionalismo y caridad. No se trata de tener una confianza ciega respecto a lo que se firma. Todos tenemos derecho a preguntar las dudas, las veces que sean necesarias. Ella no puede despreciar al cliente por esto. Está dejando muy mal parada a esta notaría. Ojalá la Lic. Addy lea esto y le llame la atención, porque la abogada necesita un curso urgente de relaciones humanas y control de ira. Por nuestra parte, nos perdieron como clientes y no recomendamos realizar ningún trámite en este lugar. El cliente merece respeto y buen trato, de principio a fin.
It is very sad that a public servant like Lic. Karla Cervera, a Yucatecan lawyer from this Notary 71, treats clients with such a lack of professionalism and charity.
