The office hours were incorrect and the fool inside the branch told me to look at the entrance sign to see the schedule and there was no sign !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si quieres hacer algún trámite nuevo, el supervisor que es un pelon no quiere hacer nada solo te da largas, después qué te atienden los ejecutiv@s, acudi a otra sucursal y sin ningún problema me hicieron mi trámite, en cuanto a cajeros pues no hay mayor problema, saludos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servisio pese ala pandemia , tienen a toda la gente ahí aglomerada y tarde una hora esperando para realizar un trámite y la fila nunca se movió pésimo servicio !!
Deberían contratar a personal capasitado para atender
Terrible service despite the pandemic, they have all the people there crowded and it takes an hour to wait for a procedure and the line never moved, terrible service !!
They should hire skilled personnel to attend
