Abren de 20 a 30 minutos después de las 9:00 hrs
te atienden de MUY MALA gana y con una carota
Se equivocan en algo y no son capaces de reconocerlo y a la hora de corregirlo lo hacen con un pésimo humor aparte de que te hacen esperar
Hay una fila enorme ya que de dos cajas solo funciona una (En ocasiones) y llegas a estar ahí hasta media hora.
APPALLING!
They open from 20 to 30 minutes after 9:00 a.m.
they serve you VERY BAD wins and with a face
They are wrong about something and they are not able to recognize it and when it comes to correcting it they do it with a terrible humor apart from making you wait
There is a huge line because of two boxes only one works (Sometimes) and you get to be there for up to half an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal no esta del todo capacitado. Son algo groseros y poco profesionales, tienen musica fuerte como si entraces a una fiesta. No me resolvieron dudas. Solo puedes hacer operaciones importantes si esta el gerente que la apruebe. Eso si no es su día de descanso, Festivo o es su cumpleaños. Procura no ir en esos días. Sin embargo puedes hacer depósitos y\o retiros.
The staff is not fully trained. They are somewhat rude and unprofessional, they have loud music as if you enter a party. No doubts were resolved. You can only do important operations if the manager approves it. That is not your day off, holiday or is your birthday. Try not to go in those days. However you can make deposits and \ or withdrawals.
