We were making a deposit today (Saturday) and we found that they did not work should verify the information they publish then you trust and go around many times; just because you post wrong information.
W	Walkyria Eir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí al ATM 2343 a retirar dinero el 2 de Mayo, la maquina no me dió el dinero pero si lo desaparecieron de mi cuenta, como era fin de semana fuí el lunes a solicitar en la sucursal realizaran arqueo de sus ATMs, cuando le solicite ayuda a los ejecutivos me dijeron que no estaban haciendo arqueos, que la sucursal cerraba al día siguiente y que hiciera mi reporte vía telefonica, mes y medio despues Banamex no quiere realizar arqueos a sus ATMs ni devolver el dinero. El reporte ahora ya está en CONDUSEF y esperando por su resolución. Tengan cuidado con los ATMs y Banamex!! R	Ruby Romero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudi a realizar un deposito al cajero automatico 2343el dia 8 de mayo del 2020 a las 00:40:09 horas por la canyodad de 8330 pesos por lo que deposite 8350 en efectivo y el cajero me trago el dinero y no me lo devolvio y la operacion no se realizo con exito. Que puedo hacer? En la linea telefonica jamas que me contesten. J	Julio Travels & Tours on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Remodelación que le hicieron a la sucursal fue una porquería la distribución quedo muy pésimo hizo que un sucursal pequeña quedara aun mas chiquita. Te atienden lento a menos que tenga mucha gente la sucursal y ya estén por cerrar entonces si ya atienden mas rápido. Y los días de quincena esta aun mucho peor. Las pantallas de turno no se logran distinguir. Solo porque no se puede poner media estrella. The remodeling that they did to the branch was a mess, the distribution was very bad, it made a small branch even smaller. They serve you slowly unless the branch has a lot of people and they are about to close then if they already serve faster. And the fortnight is even worse. The screens on duty cannot be distinguished. Just because you can't put a half star.
