★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no resuelven, el guardia muy despota no deja entrar a atención a clientes cuando en la entrada dice que el horario de atención es hasta las 16:00 hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es difícil hay muchas filas me forme para subir a cajas y me regresaron a las prácticajas me dijo la chica muy amablemente que ahí me iba apoyar uno de sus compañeros ya que yo nunca había realizado esa operación, luego me forme en la fila de cajeros y cuando llegue adelante me dijeron que era en la otra fila y además no había nadie de BBVA, me volví a formar en la fila que me correspondía por fin y cuando me tocaba el turno aún no llegaba la persona que supuestamente me ayudaría ? le comenté mi situación a la chica de intendencia quien finalmente fue la que muy amablemente me ayudó inclusive cuando estaba ayudándome todavía asesoraba a otros clientes con dudas ?? para ella.
Nota adicional: en en las filas no existe la sana distancia además de que afuera hace muchísimo sol y tenemos que formarnos ahí.

Additional note: in the rows there is no healthy distance apart from the fact that it is very sunny outside and we have to train there.
