★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un Banco tan importante para la zona dorada de Tampico no debe de tener fallas a la hora de atender a sus clientes discapacitados, no existe ninguna rampa o ascensor, ni mucho menos señalizaciones
A Bank that is so important for the golden zone of Tampico must not have failures when it comes to serving its disabled customers, there is no ramp or elevator, much less signage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, nunca tienen lugar para estacionar, es un caos que todos los de un restaurante cercano dejen ahí sus carros y nadie haga nada. Me queje con personal del banco y solo me dijo, ah si, son del restaurante. Muy mal.
Terrible, they never have place to park, it is a chaos that all of a nearby restaurant leave their cars there and nobody does anything. I complained to the bank staff and just told me, oh yes, they are from the restaurant. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy sábado fui y es una eternidad la espera en VENTANILLA terminan un cliente y no pasan al siguiente en ese momento se esperan mucho a pasar a otro y como está tapado ni se ve el área de cajas como para decirles que ya te pasen porfa...hay una fila de gente afuera que dices que necesidad de llegar a eso?
