★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque filas largas y solo tres cajas funcionan?? Le dan importancia a la imagen y las ejecutivas no saben la información. Sugiero personal más capacitado y no le den importancia solo al aspecto físico ni de la infraestructura. GRACIAS.
 Why long lines and only three boxes work? They give importance to the image and the executives do not know the information. I suggest more trained personnel and do not give importance only to the physical aspect or the infrastructure. THANKS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en cajas, únicamente atienden 2 cajas de las 5 que hay (parecen ventanillas del metro). Las señoritas que te "filtran" dejan pasar a gente sin formarse o dan prioridad a otros asuntos sin importar que seas cliente.
Este banco da atención a toda la gente Tláhuac, Tulyehualco y San Juan Ixtayopan, por lo que ya se imaginaran la cantidad de gente que hay diario y sumen el pésimo servicio.
Si disponen mínimo de 2 horas libres se los recomiendo.
Terrible service in boxes, they only serve 2 boxes of the 5 that there are (they look like subway windows). The ladies who "filter" you let people pass without training or prioritize other matters regardless of whether you are a client.
This bank serves all the people of Tláhuac, Tulyehualco and San Juan Ixtayopan, so you can imagine the amount of people that there are daily and add the terrible service.
If you have a minimum of 2 hours free, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solicite el servicio con un ejecutivo, espere 1 hora y cuando por fin te pasan al interior del banco no me dieron turno, lo exigí y me indicaron que ya atienden, pero solo le dan preferencia a la gente que le tramitan su tarjeta, o préstamos para sus comisiones, creo que todos tenemos los mismos derechos para ser atendidos.
Terrible service, request the service with an executive, wait 1 hour and when they finally pass you inside the bank they did not give me a turn, I demanded it and they told me that they already attend, but they only give preference to people who process their card , or loans for their commissions, I believe that we all have the same rights to be taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para hacer unos deposito y bueno como siempre el cajero (máquina)no me dió completo mi cambio...en ese momento salia personal del banco y quise preguntarle qué hacer en este caso y sin poder mirarme a la cara se fue y me ignoro...el personal de intendencia muy amable conmigo queriendo auxiliarme..Que pésimo comportamiento de esta personal de Bancomer.
