Peor que una oficina gubernamental, pierdes tiempo, te hacen cara desde que te formas y no te resuelven nada, todo malo: la atención, sus servicios, el personal, lo único bueno que le veo es que nunca volveré ahí.
How is it possible that at this point, there are still banks as bad as this one? Worse than a government office, you waste time, they face you from the moment you get trained and they don't solve anything, everything bad: the attention, their services, the staff, the only good thing I see is that I will never return there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del personal en general y peor del gerente quién incluso me insulto al momento de solicitar una asistencia para el manejo de cajeros. Es buen banco BBVA en general, pero está sucursal es un asco.
Terrible attention from the staff in general and worse from the manager who even insulted me when requesting assistance for the handling of ATMs. It is a good BBVA bank in general, but this branch is disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, sólo que no está muy organizado tardé más de dos horas en fila solo para activar mi token por cambio de teléfono. Una sugerencia: deberían indicar con letreros para que es cada fila, todos siempre estamos preguntando ó formados en la fila equivocada
The attention is good, it is just not very organized I took more than two hours in line just to activate my token by phone change. A suggestion: they should indicate with signs what each row is for, we are all always asking or formed in the wrong row
