Hay una ejecutiva en el escritorio 2 que se la lleva texteando y hablando por el celular. Muy poco profesional. Customer service executives do not attend on time. They attend to a person and follow whatever they want, they do not follow the numbers. There is an executive on desk 2 who takes texting and talking on the cell phone. Very unprofessional
