★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización con la pandemia. Tardaron más de dos horas para que me atendiera un ejecutivo, no respetan el lugar que tienes en la fila y pierden el orden. Vine a hacer la apertura de una cuenta.
 Terrible organization with the pandemic. It took more than two hours for an executive to attend to me, they don't respect your place in line and they lose order. I came to open an account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejen de intentar y hagan bien su chamba. Gente del banco paseandose, ejecutivos con sillas vacías mientras los usuarios se cansan de verlos y fastidiarse. Reitero desde que son BBVA a secas están de la chin....ada a cuando eran Bancomer.
Stop trying and do your job well. People from the bank strolling, executives with empty chairs while users get tired of seeing them and getting annoyed. I reiterate since they are BBVA to dry they are of the chin .... ada to when they were Bancomer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son un asco de banco, sus practi-cajas no es la primera vez que se tragan el dinero, su resolución de problemas es incompetente me pidieron que esperará 7 días hábiles para que me solucionen el problema del dinero que se trago su practicaja y volví a marcar y resulta que se equivocaron con mi nombre y debo esperar otra semana... Pésimo servicio...Intente resolver en el banco físico y no me quisieron resolver. Cuando por teléfono me dijeron que si iba al banco ese mismo día podrían resolverme.
They are a disgusting bank, their practice boxes is not the first time they swallow money, their problem solving is incompetent, they asked me to wait 7 business days for them to solve the problem of the money that their practice swallowed and I went back to dial and it turns out that they made a mistake with my name and I have to wait another week... Terrible service... I tried to solve it in the physical bank and they did not want to solve me. When they told me on the phone that if I went to the bank that same day they could solve me.
