O	Omar Bazan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasta el momento no he tenido problemas con los cajeros automáticos, y cuando túvimos necesidad de un ejecutivo de cuenta nos atendieron bien, aunque fue un poco tardado. El proceso es cíclico por si no lo sabían. La señorita de la entrada atiende como se le da la gana (no hagas fila y directamente intercéptala ?) 3. Este es un problema más de BBVA que de la sucursal, pero al llamar a todas sus líneas de ayuda NINGUNA pudo resolver mis dudas y tuve que ir a perder el tiempo para que al final no me resolvieran nada. Horrible experiencia, jamás me había arrepentido tanto de tener este banco. 1. I do not know I could make appointments online (so they say it is an option then). 2. The lady at the entrance attends as she pleases (do not stand in line and directly intercept her ?) 3. La señora Lilia Sughey Mejía Aragon, no me quiso abrir una cuenta empresarial como persona moral porque no acepte un seguro que me quiere vender a fuerza, además de que me dejó bloqueada la cuenta que tengo como persona física. Y niega haberlo hecho tengo pruebas de todo ya que me llegaron los mensajes de que mi token había sido bloqueado estando ahí con ella y se lo comenté y me dijo que si era ella pero que no pasaba nada. Y hoy no puedo acceder a mi aplicación ni deja que me transfieran dinero a la misma. Wrong, I'm very upset.
