More than two hours of waiting and there were still 8 people to go through an account executive, just to update my cell number. I had to retire for my job. A star is too much for what they really deserve.

El acceso y los empleados muy atentos. Nos dan acceso a las cajas sin formamos. Y en los cajeros automáticos nos ayudan. Desde qué llega uno nos preguntan en que nos pueden ayudar.. gracias por la atención nos aligeran la vida gracias..

Falta personal ejecutivo y más capacitado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo voy a los cajeros; me encanta que hay muchos y se pasa rápido. Solo un par de ocasiones acudí a ventanilla y el servicio es normal en velocidad y con buena atención.
Ya que BBVA tienen convenio con escuelas y programas de gobierno, suele abarrotarse en días específicos.
I only go to the tellers; I love that there are so many and it goes by quickly. Only a couple of times I went to the window and the service is normal in speed and with good attention.
Since BBVA has an agreement with schools and government programs, it tends to get crowded on specific days.
