Buena atención del personal ese es el pro el contra es que son sólo cuatro cajas de las cuales en días de pago sólo ahí 2 cajas en operación y el banco se llena mucho dado que es muy chico el banco.

Ahorita estan habilitando el sistema de turnos como altabrisa/san joaquin/sendero, ya no hubo casi gente, fueron mas rapidos y atienden amables.

Excelente servicio, personal muy capacitado y amable. Tuve un problema con una tarjeta de débito winner card, y para cambiarla de nombre parecía imposible, pero una srita, ayudó a la persona que me estaba atendiendo y pudo darle la guía y así resolver mi problema. Es digno de resaltar la comunicación entre todo el personal de esa sucursal, todos están comprometidos en ayudar al cliente.

El dia de ayer sucedió algo increíble de creer , después de que una cliente se acreditara de forma adecuada con el personal del banco para hacer un tramite por medio de un poder notarial el personal y gerente del banco explicaron a la clienta que no se podia realizar el tramite con dicho poder mismo que le extendio su madre para representarla (segun las politicas del banco si se puede realizar este acto) la titular de la cuenta (persona de edad muy avanzada) se encontraba enferma y era trasladada en un auto para su atencion medica , el personal del banco y el gerente hicieron que esta persona enferma y de la tercera edad se bajara del vehiculo para poder ser identificada por el gerente del banco , en el traslado del vehiculo al banco la señora se cayo y se lastimo su rodilla . Las preguntas serian : 1.- El personal del banco y gerente no estan capacitados en politicas de su empresa ? 2.- Quien respondera por los hechos ? 3.- Es la forma en que bancomer trata a la gente de la tercera edad? 4.- No fueron para ofrecer ayuda ni apoyo , esos son los valores de Bancomer ? Sobra decir que la actitud del gerente fue despota y cruel con sus clientes ...que poca madre Bancomer !!
