★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me quisieron recibir mi IFE que venció en diciembre de 2019 y según la página de ine esa tendrá vigencia hasta septiembre de 2020 o puedo llevar impresa mi constancia digital pero aún así nada osea no podré cobrar ese dinero nunca porque no hay renovación de IFE hasta nuevo aviso ?
 They did not want to receive my IFE that expired in December 2019 and according to the ine page that will be valid until September 2020 or I can have my digital proof printed but still nothing I can not collect that money ever because there is no renewal of IFE until new notice ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está es la segunda vez que no me pueden dar la atención correcta primero cuenta sin portabilidad y ahora bloqueo de cuenta por seguridad pero necesito rfc pero no es la información telefónica que me dieron tienen que hacer algo esta sucursal es deficiente, 4 ejecutivos y ninguno me puede atender siguen mal me voy a otra sucursal, parece no interesarles mi cambio de nómina casi 1 año y ni un gerente lo pudo realizar y pensé que estaba mal con hsbc
This is the second time that they cannot give me the correct attention, first account without portability and now account blocking for security but I need rfc but it is not the telephone information they gave me they have to do something this branch is deficient, 4 executives and none of them You can attend they are still wrong I am going to another branch, they seem not interested in my change of payroll for almost 1 year and not a manager could do it and I thought it was wrong with hsbc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi me robaron 3800 pesos el día 06 de febrero de 2021 deposite el dinero y el cajero se lo trago después se trabo, hice la aclaración y después de 10 días solo me mandan una carta que dice que no procede, sin ninguna información adicional, ninguna prueba. Tienen una bitácora de las operaciones del cajero, tiene cámaras, pero ellos solo dicen que no procede donde creen que termina ese dinero?
They stole 3800 pesos from me on February 6, 2021, I deposited the money and the ATM swallowed it, then it got stuck, I made the clarification and after 10 days they only send me a letter that says it is not applicable, without any additional information, no proof. They have a log of the ATM operations, they have cameras, but they only say that it does not proceed where they think that money ends up?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo personal, acudí para apertura de cuenta y me quisieron hacer contratar un servicio de cuenta que no era el que yo necesitaba, ni siquiera me atendieron correctamente y me mandaron a mi celular.
Afortunadamente pude abrir mi cuenta bancaria rápidamente en otra institución, que si bien era más estricta con los requisitos, es mucho mejor que esta.
Terrible staff, I went to open an account and they wanted me to hire an account service that was not the one I needed, they did not even attend to me correctly and they sent me to my cell phone.
Fortunately, I was able to open my bank account quickly in another institution, which, although it was stricter with the requirements, is much better than this one.

Se enojan las ejecutivas de la entrada por pedirles algo o por preguntar algo, todo quieren que vaya y vea en el celular, si voy a la sucursal es por algo, en verdad si no les gusta trabajar ahí pues no se renten! Pésima atención!!! Yo no les daba ni una estrella
That branch is the worst I go to !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ejecutivos incompetentes, tardan mucho para una solución o de plano decirte que en esa sucursal no puede ellos hacer nada, ni se diga de su servicio al cliente pésimo, mala administración por parte de gerencia. BBVA a caso no puede hacer nada?
Incompetent executives, they take a long time for a solution or flat to tell you that in that branch they can not do anything, not to mention their lousy customer service, mismanagement by management. BBVA can not do anything?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El tiempo de espera puede llegar a ser hasta de dos horas. Los cajeros no son muy confiables suelen tragarse las tarjetas.
Waiting time can be up to two hours. ATMs are not very reliable, they usually swallow the cards.
