★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine a ésta sucursal debido a que el banco bloqueó la tarjeta para una supuesta actualización, te hacen ir al banco en plena pandemia, esperar horas, para un trámite sencillo q puede ser por teléfono. Para variar las agentes de esta sucursal se enojan y no te quieren atender por que no vengo a sacar un crédito o alguna venta. Se supone q hay dos agentes pero una siempre dice q tiene q subir. Y no se encuentra en su lugar. PEOR QUE SEGUNDA CAJA DE OXXO. Invito a los responsables de la sucursal a ser más cuidadosos con sus clientes. Todos aquí se mueven lento para todo.
I came to this branch because the bank blocked the card for a supposed update, they make you go to the bank in the middle of a pandemic, wait hours, for a simple procedure that can be by phone. For a change, the agents of this branch get angry and do not want to attend you because I did not come to get a loan or a sale. There are supposed to be two agents but one always says that he has to go up. And it is not in its place. WORSE THAN SECOND BOX OF OXXO. I invite those responsible for the branch to be more careful with their customers. Everyone here moves slow for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me han bloqueado mi cuenta 4 veces he ido todo el tiempo y me han atendido- madrugué hoy a hacerlo nuevamente y di con la mala suerte de que me atendió una mujer que nunca se identificó conmigo, ni me dijo que era gerente. Me dijo no me podía atender y que regresara... al yo molestarme porque no me quería atender me dijo no regresara porque en ese banco no me iban a atender más. ALGO nunca visto- imagino ella es la dueña del banco o la amante del gerente- no me encuentro otra explicación. En definitiva no me atendió, me dijo no me iban a atender y me amenazo con llamarme policía por exigirle hiciera su trabajo de atender un cliente que tenía la aplicación bloqueada. NUNCA se identificó tuve que grabarla con mi celular y tratare de escalar el asunto con el video que tengo.
