The room with king-size bed is very beautiful and big. However they should check more their rooms as we found a big scorpion and almost got bitten (it was hidden on the curtain right where I was supposed to put my hand) and all the shampoo and stuff in the shower didn't work or were empty and there was no way to open them. They helped with the scorpion of course. I don't like the position of this hotel as it is out of the zone of the public buses. I don't like the attitude at the hotel: there is a mafia with the taxi and they told you (the taxi driver did) that it is not safe to take other taxis. We did it for 10 days and they were much more friendly and helpful.

Probably one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed in. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel employees were honestly so kind to me, both through the phone and at the front desk itself. Breakfast was absolutely marvelous. Lots of options available, clean tables, good food. The pool was my favorite spot. Rooftop with an outdoor snack bar, and luxurious cabanas overlooking the ocean. Most definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cancun.

Room was dirty, large food pieces on the floor, hair in drawers. Requests for cleaning it were often ignored (they do not seem to clean daily by default). It also had an odd stuffy smell (maybe from pets)? On the plus side, the view and rooftop pool are fantastic and the staff was welcoming, and the rooms are large and well-apportioned. The wifi works well throughout the hotel. It is too bad it is so far from public transportation (~30 min walk to R1 and R2 buses) and beach access. A car is very helpful, or willingness to pay unreasonably high prices for taxes ($30+ for 10 min ride to airport). They also have what is in my opinion an unreasonably inflexible stay extension/shortening policy. Added a couple of days at a time, when they clearly had availability and benefited, they offer not even a credit if the stay then has to be slightly shortened. I suggest

The good is that the hotel is in nearly new condition and it has a pretty neat roof-top pool. The bad, unfortunately, is the majority of my review. This hotel is NOT in the Hotel Zone and is within walking distance of nothing. The hotel has a shuttle, which was not available a single time we requested it and it does not go to the airport. We had to take a cab anytime we wanted to go eat or to the beach (no beach access) and that cost $25 each time. The staff is apathetic to just about every request we had. Upon arrival, there was no room available despite my gold elite status and it being after checking time. They sent us to the bar, which was a joke. The rooftop grill is a joke. It opened late, closed early and had one option… a pork taco. The breakfast is disgusting. Tons of folks putting their hands on the food and making a mess with no one to mind it. It was just gross. No housekeeping service. Littles ants all over the room. Wake up call for my flight was 20 minutes late. Overall, just a very poorly executed experience. The product is great, but the poor execution by staff really kills the entire experience.

At first glance, the hotel is good: it’s fairly new, the rooms are clean and big with a great layout, convenient location to the airport and the rooftop pool is cool. There are little things that are annoying (like the garbage disposal button being next to the light button in the kitchen, cheap hardware that with age won’t fare well and no access to the beach), but those are just part of the budget hotel experience. What caused me to rate it so lowly is the bathroom- it was really subpar. The shower-head had mold on it, and the shower door leaked causing the floor of the bathroom to be inundated (which has clearly been a problem for awhile as the door had water damage). If you need a cheap and convenient place to spend one night or you have a car and plan on driving everywhere, it’s fine. Hopefully they will have fixed the shower situation by the time you check in.

At first glance great. Worth the money to pass through quick. Better to have your own car though. Taxis are more expensive to get here as it is not convenient to downtown. Definitely interesting in the room. Good amount of space and a full kitchen. But a room that sleeps 8 was only given 2 towels. Once you use them, absolutely no hooks to dry on. 1/2 bathrooms had no shower curtain. The staff is nice, and easy to interact with, but a little lazy. Rooms are pretty clean though. All in all budget friendly short stay reasonable but not amazing by any means.

Rooms are clean and large but there were tiny ants that came out if any food was out. It’s quiet which I liked. Beds are very comfy. However there is NOTHING TO EAT HERE. You have to pay expensive rides to go anywhere. Bad location. Very slow service at the terrace bar at pool….I mean we do things fast in America but this is crazy. They need to iron out the kinks here. Headed to our all inclusive tomorrow. My kids are starving and we have no where to go. Not eating those 30 min bar tacos that with meat as my dog’s kibble. Place is new and very clean. That was a bonus. If you’re going to stay here have a rental. So sick of cab fares. $40 RT to go out to eat us BS. No food options here. Be prepared to cab it everywhere.

Room service was once every 3 days so that kinda sucked. The breakfast there mainly cut the final star from this review. Other than those downsides it was great ?. The place looked really modern and the rooms were comfy and cozy. When you get there I suggest you take a look around. If your room is far from the elevators than you might wanna get to know the stairways. Also you should definitely check out the roof. There's showers and everything so it's pretty decked out. I would gladly go there again!
