M	Meme May on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff, beautiful hotel, breakfast included. Accommodated late check in and early check out. Even had a vehicle available for airport transportation at 4am. Modern, clean, only dilemma was no fridge in the room. Didn't have enough pillows but the staff had no issue providing another. Not in walking distance of much but great hotel and a very nice pool as well.

The room is a little small and the bathroom a little cramped but everything is modern and looks very nice. Bed was comfy and the shower and AC were great. For some reason our room card stopped working twice but the staff were friendly and quick to fix it. The breakfast in the morning was great and had more that I was expecting. Overall a very pleasent visit

Free laundry on the second floor. Only downsides are walls a bit thin and no fridge in the room, but buckets and ice machine available in the lobby.
S	Shna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse hotel I have been in Cancun ever Room so small u gonna surprise and the service so bad I asked about blanked cuz my blanket get watery they didn’t get me any one they gave me towel and they said we don’t have any blanket means if ur blanket get any problem there is no any other blanket that they will provide Another problem I got skin itching cuz of the dirty service from my both legs I have to go back to USA To check to find out what’s that kinda of bug affected me im so mad on that kinda of hotel that’s ppl gave them good review and I just booked with them.
D	Dwight Crawford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here one night as I was picking up my sister from the Hospital next to it. The rooms were clean. Comes with comfortable covers and mattress. I had a good night night rest after a long drive during the day. Check in was smooth the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Room price comes with breakfast and the meal options are wonderful and filling. I would surely stay here again once visiting Cancun. It's a nice hotel overall.

About 15 minutes by walking there's a huge mall and supermarket, prior to that a big casino. ? The breakfast was ok but nothing fancy, beds had a decent size and kinda comfortable tbh. 47" Smart TV with possibility to connect your portable chrome cast, and overall this hotel felt newly renovated except the doors for each room. Electric sockets close to the bed.

The only disappointment was that when I made the reservation the receipt showed free Covid-19 Antigen test. This was not case, was informed that this One Centro did not offer it so ended up paying $1000 pesos for the test that I was not planning on paying.
