★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, criterio super bajo. Llevas 3 identificaciones validas para poder abrir una cuenta de banco. Si no son las que el sistema dice no pueden abrir la cuenta. No les importa satisfacer al cliente no dan soluciones. No vaya a esa sucursal perderan Su tienpo.
Pesimo service, super low criterion. You have 3 valid IDs to open a bank account. If they are not the ones the system says they can not open the account. They do not mind satisfying the customer they do not give solutions. Do not go to that branch they will lose Your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena sucursal, cuenta con 2 prácticajas muy utiles para hacer pagos sin tener que hacer largas filas para pasar a caja, y si necesitas hacer un movimiento importante o diferente a un depósito ya no hay fila por lo mismo que todos ya hacen sus depósitos y pagos en las practicajas, incluso cuando necesito depositar en algun otro banco prefiero depositar en este lugar y despues hacer transferencia por medio de la app movil, muy recomendables las practicajas y cuentan correctamente su dinero sin problemas. Excelente banco
Very good branch, it has 2 very useful practices to make payments without having to make long lines to go to the cashier, and if you need to make an important or different movement to a deposit there is no longer a line for the same reason that everyone already makes their deposits and payments in the practices, even when I need to deposit in some other bank I prefer to deposit in this place and then make a transfer through the mobile app, we highly recommend the practices and correctly count your money without problems. Excellent bank

Prepotente en su trato y descortés. Años de asistir a esa Sucursal y nunca me habían tratado de esa manera. Tengo con BBVA Bancomer una cuenta que me brinda trato preferencia, el cual no exijo, pues las personas que ahi atienden son muy agradables y respetuosas, ahora está Sra Sandra Marroquin vino a ser la excepción.
I want to express my displeasure at the attention provided by Mrs. Alicia Marroquín from the Santo Domingo branch, in San Nicolás de los Garza N.L
Pushy in their treatment and rude. Years of attending that Branch and I had never been treated that way. I have an account with BBVA Bancomer that gives me preferential treatment, which I do not demand, because the people who attend there are very nice and respectful, now Ms. Sandra Marroquin has become the exception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo tengo mi tarjeta de nómina BBVA y acudí a esta sucursal y me atendió la gerenta porque los demás asesores estaban ocupados, pues me atendió de mala manera yo quería subir de nivel mi cuenta nómina y me indico que no se podía hacer el trámite solo que adquiriera un servicio con ellos un seguro para carro ó casa etc... Mal servicio ahora me entero en el portal BBVA que se puede subir de nivel mi cuenta sin ningún costo...:
I have my BBVA payroll card and I went to this branch and the manager attended me because the other advisors were busy, because she treated me badly. I wanted to upgrade my payroll account and she told me that the procedure could not be done, only that I purchased a service with them, insurance for a car or home, etc... Bad service, now I find out on the BBVA portal that my account can be upgraded at no cost...:
