★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gente de ventanilla es tan floja que prefieren que nos formemos más de 30 min en las practicajas que solo son 2 para hacer un depósito en lugar de atendernos ellos. El flujo de clientes en ese banco constantemente es alta por lo que no entiendo cuál es el problema de aceptar depósitos en ventanillas.
The people at the window are so lazy that they prefer us to form more than 30 minutes in the practices that are only 2 to make a deposit instead of serving them. The flow of customers in that bank is constantly high so I do not understand what is the problem of accepting deposits in windows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte del estacionamiento, es una lata lidiar con el personal externo de bancomer, ojala bancomer pueda mejorar ese tema ya que por mi parte en auto nunca jamas vuelvo, el tipo prepotente y grosero me dijo que si me quedaba en la calle pagando mi parquimetro y no en su valet me poncharia las llantas, fui a la sucursal para poner una queja sobre esto y lo único que me dijeron fue que el director estaba muy ocupado que dejará un escrito, lamentablemente solo me dieron el avión.
Lousy service from the parking lot, it is a can deal with the external bancomer staff, I hope bancomer can improve that issue since for my part by car I never ever come back, the arrogant and rude guy told me that if I stayed on the street paying My parking meter and not in his valet would strike my tires, I went to the branch to make a complaint about this and all they told me was that the director was very busy leaving a letter, unfortunately they only gave me the plane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de horror como tratan a la gente que no tiene cuenta en ese banco. Cuando uno llega a pedir un turno de atención, te identifican como tal y armate de paciencia porque aparecerá tu turno cuando se les da la gana. Si no hay gente, pasan 20 personas antes que tu y eso significa como media hora. Pero si hay mucha gente, te atenderán en una hora o más.
It's horror how they treat people who don't have an account in that bank. When one comes to ask for a turn of attention, they identify you as such and arm yourself with patience because your turn will appear when they feel like it. If there are no people, 20 people pass before you and that means half an hour. But if there are many people, they will assist you in an hour or more.
