Hay un monitor donde aparecen los turnos siguientes y no lo respetan; empiezan a llamar otros números sin hacer caso al monitor de turnos. Pésimo. I think the bancomer branches are the worst. The service is very slow. The tellers are not the friendliest. There is a monitor where the following turns appear and do not respect it; they start calling other numbers without paying attention to the shift monitor. Appalling.

Después de 30 minutos de espera, haces tu trámite y para colmo el ejecutivo que te atendió lo hizo mal y tienes que volver (y esperar oootra vez) cual pesadilla Kafkiana. Podrían mejorar si meten un gerente mejor y ponen unos 2 o 3 escritorios de ejecutivos adicionales o si agilizaran sus trámites. The service is very slow and poor. Unlike the previous manager, the current one does not help in the attention. After 30 minutes of waiting, you do your paperwork and to top it off, the executive who treated you did it wrong and you have to go back (and wait for another time) which Kafkian nightmare. They could improve if they put a better manager and put about 2 or 3 desks of additional executives or if they expedite their procedures.

Mínimo para cualquier cosita van a ser 30min o más. Definitivamente buscare otras opciones. Bad attention. Bad waiting times. Terrible online platform. They never solve anything for you via phone call, their only solution is to go to a branch. Minimum for any little thing will be 30min or more. I will definitely look for other options.

Siendo la tercera persona para entrar con ejecutivo por una simple actualización de expediente y habiendo dos ejecutivos laborando, esperé más de dos horas en fila, para recibir un trato poco amable de un ejecutivo estresado. La administración de entradas y salidas de personas ni hablar!! Appalling!! Being the third person to enter with executive for a simple update of file and having two executives working, I waited more than two hours in line, to receive an unkind treatment from a stressed executive. The administration of entries and exits of people not to mention !!
