★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima atención por parte del personal, acudi a usar el cajero automático y este se trabo y se nego a darme mi dinero,los empleados se negaron a atenderme, ni siquiera se dignaron a darme su nombre,el encargado no me dio solución a mi problema siendo que el cajero se apagaba y encendia sacando y metiendo mi targeta finalmente personas que observaron lo susedido me ayudaron a llamar a la linea de atención para bloquear mi targeta. Esto es cosa de todos los dias, No recomiendo acudir a esta sucursal debido a la nula ayuda por parte del personal y los encargados y el bajo mantenimiento que le dan a sus aparatos.Yo solo espero que no sea para clonar tarjetas cuidado.

This is a thing of every day, I do not recommend going to this branch due to the lack of help from the staff and managers and the low maintenance they give to their devices. I just hope it is not to clone careful cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve esperando 25 minutos sentado y nunca me atendieron, preferí salir de la sucursal e ir a bbva caminero, ahí me atendieron sin tiempo de espera. Y no, no había más que 4 personas dentro de esta sucursal de patio tlalpan, así que no fue por tener demasiada gente que nunca me atendieron.
I was sitting waiting for 25 minutes and they never attended to me, I preferred to leave the branch and go to bbva caminero, there they attended to me without waiting time. And no, there were no more than 4 people inside this patio tlalpan branch, so it wasn't because of having too many people that they never attended to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, no entiendo para que dan turnos si pasan a las personas en el orden que ellos quieren, hablo del área de ejecutivo comercial.
La verdad me llevo una muy mala experiencia, pasaron 5 personas antes de mi que habían llegado después. Deberían de fijarse mejor en esos detalles ya que en una operación que debería de tardar 30 min en esperar termine esperando 2hrs.
En verdad deseo que cambien esto ya que también vi que otros clientes decidieron irse a otra sucursal.
Terrible attention, I don't understand why they take turns if they pass people in the order they want, I'm talking about the commercial executive area.
The truth is that I had a very bad experience, 5 people passed before me who had arrived later. They should look better at these details since in an operation that should take 30 minutes to wait ends up waiting 2 hours.
I really want them to change this as I also saw that other customers decided to go to another branch.
