El servicio no es el esperado, solo uno o dos cajeros atienden, es mucho tiempo para hacer una operacion. y considero le falta mas seguridad a este banco, pues lamentablemente a muchos usuarios los despojan de lo que acaban de retirar y eso es muy seguido (en lo personal no me ha ocurrido a Dios gracias) pero otros usuarios no cuentan con dicha suerte :(
The service is not as expected, only one or two ATMs attend, it is a long time to make an operation. and I consider this bank lacking more security, because unfortunately many users strip them of what they have just withdrawn and that is very often (personally it has not happened to God thanks) but other users do not have such luck :(

No puede ser posible q en Google aparezca un horario de apertura de la sucursal dice q 8:30 y comiencen atender 9:20 el sol es insoportable estar aquí afuera esperando y todavía se tardan bastante tiempo con una persona llevan 40 minutos y nada q avanza

No pudieron resolver mi problema, solo me dijeron que lo resolviera por teléfono o desde la aplicación. Lo más razonable sería que la sucursal física tenga la capacidad para resolver cualquier problema, pero en este caso no fue así. No sé si sea cuestión del banco en general o de una falta de capacitación de la ejecutiva. Aún así agradezco su tiempo, por eso les doy 2 estrellas.
They couldn't solve my problem, they just told me to solve it over the phone or from the app. The most reasonable thing would be for the physical branch to have the capacity to solve any problem, but in this case it was not. I do not know if it is a question of the bank in general or a lack of training of the executive. Still I appreciate your time, that's why I give them 2 stars.

Pésima sucursal, el día de ayer fui a depositar un pago de mí escuela y no se pudo depositar, la máquina no me devolvió mi dinero y ni un comprobante me dio, nada recomendable.

La atención es simplemente mala. Tuve que ir a otra sucursal, ya que en esta los ejecutivos me dijeron que no me darían mi cuenta, no me dieron motivo alguno, les expliqué mi situación y solo dijeron que tendría que pagar por una cuenta digital que ya estaba tramitada me lleve 2 horas en pasar, para que me dijeran eso. Un asco. Si atención es súper lenta, yo era la segunda en la fila, LA SEGUNDA y tardaron dos horas en pasarme.
Attention is just bad. I had to go to another branch, since in this one the executives told me that they would not give me my account, they did not give me any reason, I explained my situation to them and they only said that I would have to pay for a digital account that had already been processed. It took me 2 hours to pass, for them to tell me that. a disgust If attention is super slow, I was the second in line, THE SECOND and it took them two hours to pass me.
