★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @BBVA, No le pondria ninguna estrella, el personal no tiene capacitación en atención al cliente, son groseros, tienen mala actitud hacia los clientes, no les importa su trabajo y sólo atienden bien a sus clientes favoritos.
#BBVAesta en decadencia.
@BBVA, I wouldn't give it any stars, the staff have no training in customer service, they are rude, they have a bad attitude towards customers, they don't care about their job and only serve their favorite customers well.
#BBVAis in decline.
