★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esa persona k esta de franelero es una persona k se aprovecha por estar mal hoy se le hiba una persona sin sellar el boleto y me dijo k me le cerrara para k no saliera y como no lo hice ya no me dejo entrar al estacionamiento del banco mejor quitenlo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal es muy grande, el personal es muy amable y en caso de ver que está el usuario sufriendo o de solicitar ayuda son muy eficientes y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar, también el área de cajeros automáticos es muy amplia y hay lugar para mucha gente sin que estén a la intemperie.
The branch is very large, the staff is very friendly and in case of seeing that the user is suffering or requesting help they are very efficient and always ready to help, also the ATM area is very wide and there is room for many people without being out in the open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentos, faltan cajeros y ejecutivos, tiempos de espera de más de 60 minutos. Cobran el estacionamiento y de por sí es pequeño. Personal muy frío e incapaz de resolver problemas. Mal diseñado pues la gente se amontona en la entrada de los cajeros e impide el paso al banco, pasillo para discapacitados muy angosto

La señorita que se encuentra como atendiendo en la recepcion, es woow super amable, te hace sentir maravillado de estar afiliado a Bancomer, mas personal como esa chica. Lastima que no recuerdo su nombre, pero felicitaciones por personal como ella BBVA.
I could declare that in Tula, they have an excellent staff, from their attention, their explanation and their paperwork, they are very efficient and accurate. The lady who is attending the reception, is woow super friendly, makes you feel astonished to be affiliated with Bancomer, more personal like that girl. Too bad I don't remember her name, but congratulations on staff like her BBVA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar, excelente servicio, tratan amablemente pero el estar esperando si es un poco agotador, aún así me gustó el trato y el estacionamiento que aunque pequeño pero satisface la necesidad.
Good place, excellent service, they treat you kindly but waiting is a bit tiring, I still liked the treatment and the parking lot that although small but satisfies the need.
