★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísima experiencia!!!! Tenía la reservación hecha y pagada desde el 21/10/21 para ir por el auto el 12/11/21. Resulta que llego a la arrendadora y que no hay autos, que no me van a dar auto por que el sistema de call center no es el mismo de mostrador. ¿Para qué sirve entonces reservar y pagar? Tienen mis datos, ¿no era posible que me marcaran para buscar otra opción? Era la primera vez que rentaba en Hertz y jamás lo volveré a hacer.
 Terrible experience !!!! I had the reservation made and paid since 10/21/21 to get the car on 11/12/21. It turns out that I get to the landlord and that there are no cars, that they will not give me a car because the call center system is not the same as the counter. So what is the use of booking and paying? They have my data, was it not possible that they marked me to find another option? It was my first time renting from Hertz and I will never do so again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lástima que no cumplan con lo prometido en el préstamo del auto pequeño,pero les comento que es algo natural, pues ellos quieren rentar un auto más grande y de mayor costo que el contratado previamente, creo que es parte de su negocio, por lo tanto no recomiendo rentar un auto chico, pues no te lo entregarán nunca.Por otro lado si cumplen al regresarte el efectivo que les depositaste para reservar la unidad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se tenía una cita programada para la entrega del vehículo y llegamos y que no tenían unidades. Lo peor es que no son para avisar o para ponerse a buscar la unidad que el cliente necesita y que se supone entregarían en tiempo y forma. Mal servicio, les recomiendo a sus vecinos de enterprise National, me acerque a ellos y en minutos me dieron la unidad que necesitaba
Terrible service, there was an appointment scheduled for the delivery of the vehicle and we arrived and they had no units. The worst thing is that they are not to notify or to start looking for the unit that the client needs and that they are supposed to deliver in a timely manner. Bad service, I recommend your neighbors from enterprise National, I approached them and in minutes they gave me the unit I needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and professional attention at the pick-up in Cuidad Satelite. The car was in very good condition with low millage (45,000 Kms) but the gas tank was almost empty and the attendant could not offer a fill up as his gas card was empty. As usual, he tried to force us in buying all the extra insurance coverage.
At the drop-off at the airport the situation was not as bright as the young female tried to charge us with what ever she could:
- an extra day even though the 60 minutes grace time was not expired,
- some scratch on the car as an erratum was noted by the attendant at the pick-up, and she could not read the hand writing of her colleague ... etc.
We had to wait a while for the supervisor to come and to acknowledge that no extras would be charged.
Not sure I would go back with Hertz in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleased be warned. Do NOT use HERTZ México. I wish I hadn’t. I am an expatriate living in Naucalpan de Juárez temporary through work. A friend had asked me to a Christmas celebration on 21/12/2019 at 12:30 pm which I had promised to attend, about 27 km from my home. I booked a small car through Hertz, Satélite, LOC 1832, CIUDAD SATÉLITE, ESTADO. On arrival, 11 am, as booked on line ,to collect my car, I was rudely told to wait without explanation. No problem. 2 hours later I was still waiting having filled out numerous forms, although, not adding any further insurance at GREAT expense which was thrust upon me by the sales lady. Finally, having missed my invitation, I cancelled my 4 day booking with them.
Never once did any of the members of staff apologize, even when I cancelled, nor did they say goodbye upon leaving.
A horrible, time-consuming experience, not only to myself but to my hostess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you plan to rent a car at this location.... Be prepared to lose your time! It took me 4 hours to get my car, service is awful, personel is rude and they will try to get as much as they can out of your wallet.
I definitely do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is making overbooking and they don´t have a good solution when all the customers come to get their reserved car. They were sending us home to call us when the “possible return arrives”, they were offering a lower category at the same price. I made a quick comparison with other international company and for the car I wanted, full covered, the price was lower but they didn’t have any car at the moment. I lost the chance to go to another company to reserve the car because Hertz confirmed my reservation days before. At the end, I had discuss for an hour and wait 2 hours for another car smelling cigarettes. If you plan to get the car you reserved and go, forget it!
Also, at the site they didn´t offer the insurance and I had to pay additional 2000 MXN in order to have peace of mind … and the reservation was without taxes and quotes… so at the end the total value was abusive!!
