La disque ejecutiva que tienen trabajando ahí da un servicio nefasto.
Todas las veces que he ido tiene una cara de pocos amigos y te dice que ella no te puede ayudar, para todo tiene pretexto.
De verdad si no quiere trabajar que se quede en su casa o busque otro trabajo.
No recuerdo su nombre pero es la persona que tienen en el primer cubículo.
De verdad, deberían de ponerle un supervisor y ver que haga su trabajo o despedirla.
En mi vida había visto una persona tan nefasta realizando un servicio público.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables todos en la sucursal. Desde la entrada preguntan que operación real izas con la finalidad de obtener todos los datos necesarios para saber a que área canalizar te. La atención en ventanilla es rápida.
Very nice everyone at the branch. From the entrance they ask what operation you do in order to obtain all the necessary data to know which area to channel into. The service at the window is fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espere más de media hora en la sucursal! Para que tienen más ventanillas si solo funcionan 4 y todavía se tardan las horas en hacer mi operación. No bueno, muy mal servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio sobre todo porque discriminan mucho a la gente que no es de la zona, les pedí ayuda para reponer una tarjeta extraviada y paso como media hora para que una persona pudiera prestar algo de atención solo por venir con ropa de trabajo y eso no es justo y así dicen que dan un buen servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dos horas en la sucursal porque no me querían pasar con un ejecutivo (que era a lo que yo iba) poniendo de pretexto que ellos lo podían solucionar. Al final, QUE EN EFECTO, NO PUDIERON RESOLVER, me pasaron con uno. Parecía que ya había quedado mi solicitud. Pero en la noche al realizar un depósito, puras cancelaciones porqué al llamar a la línea, la CUENTA SIGUE BLOQUEADA. Tengo que volver a ir porque aún así nadie resolvió!!!!! Pésimo banco, pésima sucursal y eso que está ubicada en una "zona importante" (entonces cómo están las otras sucursales?) Mejor cambien de banco!!! ?
