★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay gel antibacterial en la puerta, no hay nadie afuera regulando a las personas que tomen su distancia. En la parte del cajero automático, no hay nadie que limpie las superficies cuando los clientes la usan. No están siguiendo los reglamentos de las autoridades sanitarias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super pésimo servicio, estuve esperando mas de 1 hora para abrir una cuenta de debito y la "ejecutiva" no me quiso abrir la cuenta por que quería que tramitará otro producto (supongo que por cuestiones de comisión) al final fue puro tiempo perdido y no me ayudaron a solucionarlo. BBVA necesitan poner a más gente a trabajar en sucursal, con esta pandemia es un riesgo tener tanta gente esperando ya sea afuera o adentro de la sucursal.
Super lousy service, I was waiting more than 1 hour to open a debit account and the "executive" did not want to open the account because she wanted me to process another product (I suppose for commission reasons) in the end it was pure time lost and not They helped me fix it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal tienen buena atención y el cajero es mediano pero hay una chica para sudar si tenés problemas relativamente bien todo.
Fui a hacer otro depósito en horario de mediodía y ante una sala llena de gente solo había 3 de 5 cajeros y la verdad que se tardaba mucho.
In this branch they have good service and the cashier is medium but there is a girl to sweat if you have problems relatively well everything.

Solo no me pareció que están pidiendo cuidados sobre la sana distancia dentro de BBVA y la fila para el área de cajas, y ni se diga a ejecutivo es enorme y por el tiempo según previsto de ustedes sobre la atención siendo que debería ser mucho más rapida. Humilde opinión ?
