★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena. Estabamos varias personas desde las 3.50 haciendo fila afuera. Y a las 4 nos cierra la puerta el chico de la puerta. No sin antes dejar pasar a 2 personas que no estaban en la fila y otra persona que pidió hacer una pregunta. Llamamos a la gerente. Y ella nunca dejo de negarnos y daba razon injustificada para dejarnos afuera. Argumento que su aforo no le dejaba dejarnos pasar.. y solo tenia 2 cajeros!!. Por eso la falta de buena atencion. Que pena, siempre voy a esta sucursal por que me queda cerca. Pero hoy me desilucionaron con esa falta de criterio de la gerente y el subordinado, que mediocres!
It is a pity. We were several people from 3.50 lining up outside. And at 4 o'clock the door boy closes us. Not before letting 2 people who were not in line and another person who asked to ask a question pass. We called the manager. And she never stopped denying us and gave unjustified reason to leave us out. I argue that his capacity would not let him pass us .. and he only had 2 ATMs !!. Hence the lack of good care. Too bad, I always go to this branch because it is close to me. But today I was disappointed with that lack of judgment from the manager and the subordinate, how mediocre!
