Pésimo servicio BBVA ajijic ?, les falta más capacitación al personal y profesional..solo enredan al cliente con las cuentas, cierran a las 4 y no tuvieron. Cortesía de atenderme antes ?

Went to the Ajijic ATM machine on March 26th, 2016, a Saturday, withdrew 3000 pesos, the distributor never gave me the money but my Canadian account was debited. Went back to the bank on Monday, cashier said that they had no record of my transaction. Met the manager on Tuesday who confirmed that he also had no record. A lady who was at the bank at the same time as me did not receive her money either. There must have been a problem with their system at that particular time but nobody wants to take responsibility. I was in Mexico for 2 weeks and withdrew money with the same card at other branches without any problem.

I am very dissappointed with the service I received at this Ajijic branch. I spoke with a female branch representative regarding my debit card as this card was not returned by the automated machine and, as a result, was used by a later patron to steal money from my bank account. I asked the representative to contact my bank via the toll free number so that I could cancel my debit card to prevent further theft. She refused. I then asked her to speak with her manager as I was certain the manager would want to assist me in this matter. The manager did not even have the decency to come out to speak to me. Instead, he had the female representative (again) refuse to assist me. I ended up walking down to street to a hotel at which I was not staying. I explained the situation, and (even though I was not a guest) the hotel staff said that "of course" they would help. They called my bank then handed me the phone and were very patient and courteous as I completed my call. The hotel staff behaved as the bank staff should have behaved. You should be ashamed for providing such terrible service.
