La cajera no me quiso recibir un pago y me aventó los documentos, pedí hablar con el gerente Pat reportar el incidente y no quiso atenderme , me mando al individuo que está en los cajero automáticos y él solo se limitó a decir está bien, le informaré al encargado.! Es peor que un banco del tiempo de la revolución. Todo lo bueno de sus productos y servicios en la banca electrónica y App se cae con estos empleados que deberían estar fuera de este banco desde hace tiempo…. Lo bueno es que ahí está santender, HSBC, Banorte y prepas mas buenas opciones.! It is a real crap service, I do not understand why BBVA has not taken charge in the matter.???
