Entiendo que le den preferencia a sus clientes pero podrían ser más equitativos ya que los que no tenemos cuentas con este banco no hacemos uso de él por gusto. Pero como no tenía la hoja de la tesorería no pudieron hacerme el pago a pesar de tener el numero de captura en el celular. Tuve que sacarlo y como tenía que asistir a la alcaldía lo deje para despues. Seguido de terminar mi trámite pase a otra sucursal, cerca de ermita iztapalapa, y el recepcionista me atendió de mejor manera comparada con el de culhuacan. De hecho me comento que podía hacer el pago en una de las cajas sin necesidad de papeles ni eso. Hasta la señorita, que me auxilio, de buena forma y rápido. Digo yo, ¿qué no todos los recepcionistas de bbva sabrán que pueden hacer esos pagos en la multicaja o es mucha su flojera de dar el servicio? Mal gustó de boca me lleve con esta sucursal.
