★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una compra de un librero, la comunicación fue rápida y constante y recibí el paquete en menos de una semana, sin embargo varias de las tablas venían con golpes en las esquinas e incluso una parte desprendida de una orilla. No sé si les falta empaquetar mejor o si la empresa de paquetería que utilizan trata muy mal los paquetes. Les escribí un mail comentando las condiciones en que llegó el mueble "nuevo" (porque con esos golpes ya no lo parece) y ni siquiera unas disculpas me ofrecieron, de hecho no se molestaron ni en responder...
I made a purchase from a bookseller, communication was fast and constant and I received the package in less than a week, however several of the boards came with knocks on the corners and even a part detached from one edge. I don't know if they need better packaging or if the parcel company they use treats the packages very badly. I wrote them an email commenting on the conditions in which the "new" furniture arrived (because with those blows it doesn't seem like it anymore) and they didn't even offer me an apology, in fact they didn't even bother to respond ...
