Hice una cita a través de la app para no esperar mucho tiempo y cuando llego me comentan que tengo que esperar a que atiendan a los otros clientes, que “porque ya tienen rato esperando”. Entonces les pregunté que para qué sirve hacer cita si de todas formas voy a esperar turno como si no la tuviera y no me supieron responder. Después de media hora esperando, tuve que entrar directamente con el director de la sucursal y plantearle mi caso y me atendió de inmediato y amablemente. Por lo tanto, la calificación es por las personas de recepción, que carecen de sentido común y preparación.
Terrible service from the 3 people at the entrance. I made an appointment through the app so as not to wait too long and when I arrive they tell me that I have to wait for the other customers to be served, that "because they have already been waiting for a while." So I asked them what is the use of making an appointment if in any case I am going to wait for my turn as if I did not have one and they did not know how to answer. After half an hour of waiting, I had to go directly to the branch manager and raise my case with him and he took care of me immediately and kindly. Therefore, the rating is by the reception people, who lack common sense and preparation.
