★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda LA PEOR sucursal para solicitar cualquier movimiento que no le genere comisión al personal. Gracias al poco profesionalismo que tienen los 2 anfitriones que están en la entrada principal, dando excusas para no atender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece una sucursal con muy buena ubicación, la transparencia con la que cuenta la instalación me parece muy acertada, propicia la sensación de seguridad en el área de los cajeros, no he ingresado para realizar algún trámite a las instalaciones como tal, pero por lo que se aprecia el personal es amable.
También es un punto a favor el hecho de que cuenta con bastantes cajeros, tanto de los convencionales para retiros, como las practicajas, no se aprecia una gran concentración de personas (al menos no cuando he ido) y el hecho de que tenga las pantallas le brinda un atractivo que genera curiosidad.
It seems to me a branch with a very good location, the transparency with which the facility has seems very successful, it favors the feeling of security in the ATM area, I have not entered to carry out any procedure at the facilities as such, but for what It is appreciated the staff is friendly.
Also a plus is the fact that it has quite a few ATMs, both conventional ones for withdrawals, such as practical ones, there is not a large concentration of people (at least not when I have gone) and the fact that it has screens it gives you an appeal that generates curiosity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me pareció muy desagradable la atención por parte de la ejecutiva, dejo mucho que desear, se supone son servicio y atención a cliente y no me resolvieron, ni aclararon mi situación.
Por ubicación está excelente sin embargo su servicio fue muy malo y cero recomendable.

En mi experiencia acudí a las 3 Pm en lunes había aproximadamente 6 personas en espera de ser atendidas en ventanillas (por sierro estas están cubiertas a los clientes en espera). La señorita de la entrada muy muy amable y súper cordial. Me dirigió a un cajero para poder hacer mi depósito y estuvo ahí hasta el final. Recomiendo tanto esta sucursal como el horario mendigando.
In my opinion, it is a good branch of Bancomer. In my experience, I went at 3 p.m. on a Monday, there were approximately 6 people waiting to be served at the counters (by the saw these are covered for waiting customers). The lady at the entrance very very friendly and super cordial. He directed me to a teller so I could make my deposit and was there until the end. I recommend both this branch and the begging hours.
