★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Discriminan el servicio a otorgar. Si uno dice que va a comprar un seguro hasta te saltan al principio, si uno dice que va a cajas te niegan el servicio y te mandan al cajero automático, no te dejan elegir como llevar a cabo tus trámites según su conveniencia. Además hoy me tocó ver que el encargado de los boletos arremedó a una señora quien no quiso su ayuda. Pésimo servicio y pésima capacitación, o qué queda de los banqueros?
Terrible service. They discriminate the service to be granted. If you say that you are going to buy insurance until you jump at the beginning, if you say that you are going to boxes they deny you the service and they send you to the ATM, they do not let you choose how to carry out your procedures according to your convenience. Also today I had to see that the charge of the tickets arremedó a lady who did not want his help. Bad service and bad training, or what is left of the bankers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y criterio por parte de los empleados. Esperé 1 hr y media cuando mi tiempo de espera debía ser de 22 minutos aprox. Pasan con los ejecutivos a la gente sin importarles que uno esté en espera con turno en mano. No dan soluciones. Si tienen prisa no vayan a esta sucursal porque todo mal.
Terrible attention and judgment on the part of the employees. I waited 1 hour and a half when my waiting time should be about 22 minutes. They pass people by with executives without caring that one is on hold with a shift in hand. They do not give solutions. If you are in a hurry, do not go to this branch because everything is wrong.
