Si va a tramitar algo con los asesores prepárese para esperar de una a dos horas de su tiempo esperando a que se desocupen.
Service consultants are not professionals, as they do not respect the assigned shifts when entering the facilities.
If you are going to do something with the advisers, be prepared to wait one to two hours of your time waiting for them to vacate.

Tienen instalaciones muy bonitas, cajeros automáticos modernos, pero cuando toca pasar por algún motivo con algún ejecutivo, todo se complica. los tiempos de espera para que puedas ser atendido son demasiado largos. Creo que deberian adicionar ejecutivos, puesto que solo hay 2.
Service very slow, the slowest in Tizimin. They have very nice facilities, modern ATMs, but when it comes to passing for some reason with an executive, everything gets complicated. the waiting times for you to be attended are too long. I think they should add executives, since there are only 2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un banco pequeño y con Servicio lento, tarde aproximadamente 3 a 4 horas para que sea mi turno con los ejecutivos ya que solo había uno, y eso que tenia que esperar una hora bajo el sol hasta que se desocupe un lugar y pueda entrar.
A small bank with slow service, it took approximately 3 to 4 hours for it to be my turn with the executives since there was only one, and that I had to wait an hour in the sun until a place was vacated and I could enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not do money exchange at this location but they informed us of a bank around the corner that did money exchange. Close to the Tizimín sign. We stopped in Tizimín for the bank. I’m glad we did because it was nice to check out the little town.
