Great food, nice ambience, not overcrowded, reasonable prices. Could have been even 5 stars if it was not a policy of charging extra 4% for card payments. Seriously! The prices in Tulum are higher than in Europe while the cost of ingredients and labour cost is a fraction of EU prices; then you make guests pay 15-25% tips “because it how it works here, the waiters live mostly from the tips (try paying them salaries…?) And then another charge for card payments? You need to respect your guests a bit more

So yummy! Had dinner last night 9.21.21 and Breakfast today 9.22.21. There was a cool fire thrower last night. The food is delicious. I had the guacamole starter and stuffed chicken. I usually get something unique when traveling but the stuffed chicken description looked so delicious and it was. It started raining during dinner and the staff was quick to get us moved under the covered portion of the restaurant. Love the atmosphere.

I rarely give such bad ratings but I have to this time. I will start with the good: Nice setting, recreating the cool places of the beach zone in the heart of Tulum town. DJ played great music and a short show with a fire dancer was a superb touch and very much in tone with the restaurant. Cocktails are juicy, not expensive, well-crafted' Unfortunately the rest is all bad. First, the food was all wrong. The octopus was gummy, the grilled vegetables tasted like defrosted ones, and still partly hard inside. The pollo relleno was cold inside, and lacking flavor. I suspect much of the food is reheated. The service was the worst. The waiter was attentive only until the moment of paying. Not only he 'suggested' how much I should tip, a practice I find immoral, but when I decided to add slightly less, but still more than the due, he made me notice how that was only barely over what was the total + the taxes for the card payment. After I insisted that I had understood and wanted to pay the amount I had selected earlier, he took the payment and left without a word. If a restaurant doesn't like how much a client is paying, tip included, it should simply raise its prices. Not treat paying customers rudely. To be avoided.

Really good restaurant, on the more expensive side. There is some parking space in front of the restaurant. The food was very good, served in a beautiful way!

Negroni and tuna tostada were just delicious! Grilled fish could use some seasoning but still fresh and also delicious! Love the ambiance, professional service. Also very safe social distancing ?

The setup is amazing... The service is good. The gazpacho and the ceviche were excellent. The main dinner were great except the sides did nit make sense.

A nice place with good music. A very refined cuisine with a choice for vegetarians. The grilled fish with the cactus salad were excellent!
