★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fiasco com partamos banco si por mi fuera no lo recomiendo para nada mala atención mal servicio todo tiene com partamos es deprolable el servicio de verían no funcionar como financieras dense de baja no sirven nisu collcenter
It is a fiasco as we leave the bank if I do not recommend it at all. Bad attention, bad service, everything has to be shared. The service would be unlikely to work as financial dense of retirement, they do not serve nisu collcenter.

Beatriz que me contesto no conoce el teléfono de la sucursal que tienen ahí al lado (xq hay dos sucursales dentro de plaza aragón), por favor deberían enseñarles como tratar al cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supuestamente abren desde las 9 am. Uno llega díez minutos antes y empiezan a atenderte hasta las 10 am. Las colas son de más de veinte personas y hay muy poca gente atendiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola mi calificación de estrellas no debe ser considerada. Escribo aquí a manera de que los usuarios tomen en consideración que éstos tiempos de COVID-19 el horario de apertura de esta sucursal es a partir de la 10:00 am de lunes a viernes y los sábados no esta dando servicio.
Es de considerar que todos los bancos de esta plaza tienen el mismo horario de apertura.
Tengan cuidado con esto pues desde muy temprano ya hay grandes cantidades de personas en espera de la apertura y no se guardan las medidas de sana distancia y protección que están siendo recomendadas por las autoridades.
Si te es indispensable acudir recuerda, llevar tu tapabocas, usar gel antibacterial y guardar la sana distancia. Procura acudir sólo y si eres población vulnerable pide a alguien conocido te ayude.
Hello my star rating should not be considered. I write here so that users take into consideration that these times of COVID-19 the opening hours of this branch are from 10:00 am from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays it is not providing service.
It is to be considered that all the banks in this square have the same opening hours.
Be careful with this because from very early there are already large numbers of people waiting for the opening and the safe distance and protection measures that are being recommended by the authorities are not kept.
If you must go remember, wear your mask, use antibacterial gel and keep a healthy distance. Try to go alone and if you are a vulnerable population ask someone you know to help you.
