Les recomiendo siempre llevar su jugo para hidratarse después. (aunque ahí te dan uno)
Para los que se robaron las pelotitas no han eso. No es un recuerdo, son especiales para poder ayudar a bombear la sangre.
They are very friendly and take good care of you. And they are very careful when accessing, you can only donate by scheduling an appointment due to the health contingency.
I recommend you always bring your juice to hydrate afterwards. (although they give you one there)
