★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio para ser un banco de la altura de Inbursa, mala atención, los empleados te atienden como si fueran un delincuente o por como vistes, no cumplen con los horarios de apertura y cierre de la sucursal y nunca hay que despeje tus dudas en general, no recomiendo este establecimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible banco, no aceptan como identificación oficia una identificación oficial, casi no hay sucursales y las que están marcadas en mapas y demas la mayoría son solo cajeros adentro de alguna tienda departamental, creo que tenemos ganador como el peor banco del pais.
Terrible bank, they do not accept as identification official official identification, there are almost no branches and those are marked on maps and the majority are only cashiers inside a department store, I think we have the worst bank in the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ubicación, es una sucursal muy pequeña y aveces hay muchas personas pero en general son muy rápidos apesar de que solo son dos cajeros los cuales son muy atentos y amables. El gerente muy servicial y profesional, recomiendo mucho la sucursal mejor que ir al Sanborns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy incompetente, llevé 8 líneas de captura y pinches flojos no quisieron capturar los dígitos, me argumentaron que solo con código de barras para que lo leyera el scaner...
Le dije que capturara los dígitos, porque a final de cuentas su nombre lo dice "línea de CAPTURA" y se negó, le dije a la gerente que le diera la indicación a la cajera y también se negó.
En fin! Puro inepto
Mejor en banco Azteca capturaron los dígitos y sin poner una sola traba!
