★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos inútiles, quieres cerrar una cuenta y te ponen mil trabas para que no los dejes, a pesar de que ya la tienes en $0, te avisan mal las cosas y tienen procesos tardados, de verdad no se unan a este banco, pondría 0 estrellas si me diera la oportunidad

Ni siquiera pude activar mi tarjeta y me están cobrando sin decirme porqué, y como ya han dicho todos, ES IMPOSIBLE CANCELARLA !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca informan sobre el importe a pagar, ni mandan tabla de amortización por lo que si paga uno un peso de menos le generan intereses. .Si quiere evitarse problemas y perdida de tiempo no utilicé los servicios de éste banco.
Lousy service, they never report on the amount to be paid, nor do they send a repayment table so if you pay one a less weight they generate interest. If you want to avoid problems and waste of time I did not use the services of this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. HE INTENTADO CANCELAR MI TARJETA DE CRÉDITO Y ME DEJAN ESPERANDO EN EL TELÉFONO HASTA QUE FINALMENTE SE CORTA LA LLAMADA. QUIEREN COBRARME UNA ANUALIDAD QUE NO PIENSO PAGAR Y AUNQUE YO YA SOLICITÉ LA CANCELACIÓN MEDIANTE UNA CARTA NO ME DAN RESPUESTA. EL PEOR SERVICIO DE BANCO.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY LEAVE ME WAITING ON THE PHONE UNTIL THE CALL IS FINALLY CUT OFF. THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME AN ANNUITY THAT I DO NOT THINK TO PAY AND EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY REQUESTED THE CANCELLATION THROUGH A LETTER, THEY DO NOT GIVE ME AN ANSWER. THE WORST BANK SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, he intentado cancelar mi tarjeta, primeramente me generaron unas comisione que no estaban incluidas en el contrato, sin embargo, preferí pagar los míseros 260 pesos que me cobraban que esperar los 60 días hábiles para esperar la respuesta, sin embargo , al fin de semana siguiente en que por fin ya estaba en ceros mi tarjeta, me hicieron esperar 40 minutos en línea para que un maravilloso ejecutivo me indicara que esperara en línea para que a final de cuentas me dijeran que trabajaba el departamento de cancelaciones hasta las 13: 00 horas y por haber pasado la hora ya no me atendería; al día hábil siguiente, me comunique de nueva cuenta y espere el maravilloso tiempo de una hora con treinta minutos para que los hdp por fin pudieran cancelarla, son un asco ese banco y los disque ejecutivos
