★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, para todo te dicen que llames al numero 800 por que ellos no lo pueden resolver y en el numero 800 te dicen que acudas a tu sucursal, esta sucursal de Chiautempan siempre esta saturada, 2 horas haciendo fila parados para que pases y te digan automáticamente que no a todo y te manden a llamar al numero 800. ademas de que se ponen super groseros y déspotas.
Terrible, for everything they tell you to call the 800 number because they can not solve it and at the 800 number they tell you to go to your branch, this Chiautempan branch is always saturated, 2 hours standing in line for you to come and tell you automatically not to everything and they send you to call the 800 number. besides that they get super rude and despotic.

Filas interminables, solo una ventanilla de servicio en horas pico, gente siendo atendidos sin ticket, empleados escogiendo sus gelatinas en medio del servicio. Increíble. Me sorprendente que no existan más quejas en estos reviews. Con la actividad que tiene este banco en Chiautempan y con tan pésimo servicio. Y no soy solo yo, con cualquiera que comento mis experiencias todos están de acuerdo o me comentan cosas peores. Una pena de sucursal. Hay mucho trabajo por hacer.
All my experiences at this branch have been very bad. As BBVA is the largest bank in Mexico, it is also the one that offers the worst service.
Endless lines, only a service window in peak hours, people being served without a ticket, employees choosing their jellies in the middle of the service. Amazing. I am surprised that there are no more complaints in these reviews. With the activity that this bank has in Chiautempan and with such terrible service. And it's not just me, with anyone who comments on my experiences, everyone agrees or tells me worse things. A branch penalty. There is much work to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima sucursal, mandé una extensión para allá y cuando la solicite pregunté si la podían entregar a la persona que le perteneceria la tarjeta me dijeron que si ya que yo no me encuentro en el estado y al final resultó que no la pudieron entregar aún cuando llevaron su credencial y la identificaron bien. En ocasiones anteriores eh hecho ese mismo trámite en otras sucursales y nunca se habían puesto así. Tuve que cancelar la tarjeta.
