★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! They are an absolute disgrace of a property management business. They will never take any responsibility for any issues that arise in the properties they manage. They will always shift the blame to the owners in a pathetic excuse to avoid any liability. If you own your property, you will experience poor communication, complete lack of responsibility, and extreme levels of unprofessionalism. They will take your money and never assist when needed. Their building in Sayulita, Pajaro De Fuego is in very poor shape with bad health and safety violations. There are many other property management companies who will gladly be of service.
