★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudi a realizar un tramite y el agente que me estaba atendiendo en mitad del tramite se fue a comer, su companera que no estaba con clientes no me quizo atender y tuve que solicitar turno y esperar nuevamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un asco de banco el pasado vienes 3 de nov. fui a hacer unos depósitos y estuve una hora veinte minutos esperando a pasar: que por su nuevo sistema, y el gerente de lo mas grosero sin saber como atacar la situación ya que eramos mas de 60 personas esperando. y no es la primera vez .....
