★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena, solo que en ocasiones tienes que esperar demasiado para atencion en caja, respecto a los cajeros automaticos siempre hay uno disponible y la ultima remodelación esta excelente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, abren temprano pero nadie atiende en caja, hay 5 cajeros y aún no empiezan a atender a nadie, solo platican entre ellos. Son 9:55 am y nada... 20 minutos así han pasado.
Terrible service, they open early but no one attends the box, there are 5 ATMs and they still do not start serving anyone, they only talk to each other. It's 9:55 am and nothing ... 20 minutes have passed like this.

Terrible service, slow to everything, you arrive that with your new shift modality and aside from the staff take turns to other people, the worst thing is that the turn is before yours. APPALLING

Empezando por la persona encargada de la seguridad quien debería estar suministrando e gel antibacterial para la contingencia del virus pero no, todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí ella estaba muy ocupada hablando por teléfono y viendo memes.
Seguido por el personal interno del banco (más el recepcionista de la mañana) pésima atención al cliente, nada de tolerancia a personas de la tercera edad y una falta de educación tremenda. Salimos muy decepcionados del servicio. No se les ve interés de ayudar ni siquiera porque íbamos con un adulto mayor. Por favor hagan algo para mejorar su servicio.
